Just because we are unable to put on the Firelight Festival you all know and love doesn’t mean we can’t get creative!

In lieu of our tradition festival event this year, we will be offering an extended dinner service with our kitchen staff preparing special dinner entrees over an open fire. Enjoy fall releases at one of our many fire pits or fire tables.

Limited seating available, reservations are strongly recommended. Outdoor and indoor seating is available.

This event is a must for cooking and Paella fans! Come to Waterbrook to learn how to cook this delightful Spanish dish in a hands-on culinary experience. Sip a flight of Spanish wines to accompany the flavors while you prepare your own entree with the aid of our Culinary Team.
